Occupancy

• All rooms are single or double-person occupancy. 

• CHECK-IN: 3pm, CHECK-OUT: 11am 

• Access Roline’s front door using your cell phone. 

• Access your room using a traditional key, hand-delivered to you. 

• Check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. If arriving after this time, please call or email us so we can accommodate your schedule.

Restrictions

• No guests allowed under 15 years of age.** 

• Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside rooms or anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed for any room showing evidence of smoking. 

• PETS are not allowed. A cleaning fee of $500 will be assessed for violating the pet policy. 

• Your credit card on file will be used to cover these expenses.

Reservation Night Minimums

• Two (2) night minimum on the weekend is required (Friday & Saturday). 

• Two (2) night minimum during antique show dates during March and October. However, we do have 1-night openings that sometimes occur during the shows. Please call for more information. 

 

Cancellations and Changes

Roline’s Guest House is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, shorten your stay or check-out early, please note the following:

• Cancellation Policy During Non-Peak Times: Cancellations at least 7 days prior to your arrival date are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee per room. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable.

• Cancellation Policy for Antique Shows or Special Events: Cancellations at least 14 days prior to your arrival date are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee per room.  Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable.

Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods or for special requests.  An extended cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, property buyouts and some holidays.

 

Whole House Rental Policy (additional)

• YES, children are allowed with rental of the whole house. **

• SECURITY DEPOSIT:  A security deposit in the amount of $500 is for our guest’s faithful performance of all terms, conditions and provisions of Roline’s Hotel Policy. The security deposit is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.  Roline’s may apply the deposit to cure any damages or defaults occurring during the rental period.  After the rental period, Roline’s will return the security deposit or balance, if any, within 14 days.
